Madison's 1st Birthday!!!

My precious little neice celebrated her first birthday Saturday evening. She looked absolutely precious. My sister in law made her a gorgeous blue tutu, and she had the prettiest birthday hat. The theme was snowflakes and Dianna went all out! Everything was snowflakes!! Even Madison looksed like one. It was so cute. The kids got to make miniature ginger bread houses, and snowflake ornaments. They played pin the carrot on the snowman. And of course the adults drank snowflake martinis. My sister in law always goes above and beyond for her kiddos birthdays. I am always jealous when I leave them. We of course had to leave my only neices 1st birthday party early, because of the Cowboy game (what a waste that ended up being).

Here is a pic of the beautiful birthday girl.

Christmas 2008

Well we had really good intentions on taking the kids to Little Elm Saturday to see the annual Christmas parade, tree lighting and visit with Santa. I planned ahead and looked online first thing Saturday to see what time the parade started. I had everyone rearing and ready to go, and we were actually going to be on time. Well we get to Little Elm park and sure enough the website was wrong. The parade had finished approx. 15-20 minutes before we got there. The day was not a total waste though. The kids got to eat some pizza, watch the tree lighting and of course visit with the Big Guy himself Santa Claus. Tyler this year did not want to sit on Santas lap. He said he was too shy....not real sure what that was all about, perhaps he is starting to question things.....who knows. Kinsey of course decided to give Santa a HUGE long list of things. Santa finally had to tell her to take a pause and look at the camera. I think next year we will have her just give him her list, because there is quite a long line. Kinsey did ask though, "How come he doesn't talk like the real Santa?". I do not remember being that observant when I was a kid. Kaydence, of course starting screaming the INSTANT I let go of her. I was able to back up enough for a picture and then swooped in to rescue her. She is such a chicken.....I figured she would at least stare at him for a few minutes and then freak out. Nope, that didn't happen. Here are some pics of the day! Somehow I manage to never get a decent pic with all 3 of the kids together.....

Thanksgiving!!!

THE WHOLE FAMILY~~~
MCKENNA (Ashleys daughter) MADISON (neice) and KAYDENCE

GRANDMA AND GRANDPA

WE FOUGHT OVER CERTAIN SPOTS ALL DAY! INFRONT OF THE TV OF COURSE!!!

We bit the bullett and drove 3 hours to Abilene for Thanksgiving this year. My Uncle Ricky and Aunt Cinde live there, and were excited to hold Thanksgiving at their house this year. I think Cinde learned her lesson and this was the first AND last time they have it at their house. I am pretty sure the carpet in the TV room will have to be ripped up and removed as it was pretty bad when we left. There was probably enough food on the floor to feed a small army. It was a pretty packed house.
Me, Jeremiah, the 3 rugrats. Shane, Dianna and their 2 kiddos. My mom dad, grandma, grandpa, Uncle Ricky, Aunt Cinde, Uncle Randy. Cousins Ashley, Blake, Ashleys husband John, Blakes girlfriend (the name has escaped me), Amber, Arica, Lora, Ashleys two kids Kyler and McKenna. We ate, watched football, looked at sale ads for Black Friday then headed to the hotel and stayed over in good ole Abilene. I had a really good time. I miss my family and wish that it didn't consist of a one time a year visit. I will get some pics on here as soon as my good for nothing sister in law downloads her pictures, because lord knows I cant and wont compete with her camera or pictures. So instead I will just steal them and pretend they are mine. =) So hurry up Dianna, the public is waiting.

What a wedding......

WOW!!!
What a long and eventful day. It was an emotional day and a long overdue! I was so happy to see these two people get married, even if I did have to attend to mass to see it happen!
Let me just tell you, 4 hours after an open bar ended with 'keg stands' from random people. Good Lord! What a good time!
Congratulations Jana and Brandon. Everyone looked beautiful and everything was set up so well.
This is Jana!! Beer in one hand and a smoke in the other! LOL

Baclorette Party!!

Wow it sure has been awhile since I have tried to 'hang' with the girls. It isn't as easy as it use to be. I sure had a blast though. Our really good friends Jana and Brandon will be getting married this Saturday. When I found out it was a Catholic wedding I was not too concerned since my brothers wedding to Dianna was a Catholic wedding. However, apparently my brothers was the condensed version. Saturday is going to be a long day!!! I must admit though that I would not miss this wedding for the world. Even if I do have to sit through a sermon to see it. It will be completely worth it.
I intend on posting some of the public friendly versions of the bachlorette party and wedding as soon as I have access to them. My camera went dead!
Everyone was mostly on their best behavior though.......

Look at this face!

Ok, not much to say, except look at this face!!! She hasn't quite figured out how to move the gate but I am sure it will come eventually. Kinsey figured it out at about 9 months when she removed the wall brackets (with screws) out of the wall. Kaydence doesn't seem to be as knowledgeable in regards to gates. Hell, even the cat has figured it out!

Olympics 2020 here we come!!

So Kinsey is in her 8th week of gymnastics, and I must admit she is better than all the kids in her class. That is not just her momma talking. She is quite good. She gets a little bored sometimes because it isn't fast paced enough for her. But she is great on the trampoline, the uneven bars, the beam, the rings, and doing summersolts. Here are some pics of her in her pretty purple leotard.

School Pics

The kids had their school pictures done. Cost a fortune of course. But hey, its only money right? The quality of the pics I will post here aren't that great, but hey you get the jist.
They are getting so big. I am sure glad I got my tubes tied or I would almost be tempted to have another one. After Kaydence, who is my sweet angel baby......

Halloween Fun!

The kids had a farely good Halloween this year. I outlasted Kinsey strangely enough, and so did Tyler. She went about 4 streets and blopped herself on the ground and sighed and said she was done....Kaydence fell asleep in her Moo Cow costume in the stroller. Trick or Treating obviously wasn't her thing. Tyler had a good time and was full of energy and got lots of good chocolate candy that he likes. Kinsey did too, but oddly enough her candy has dissappeared. We cannot find her bag ANYWHERE. We have a tradition for Halloween that after we get done, we come home and put ALL the candy in one pile. Then we go around the circle and start with 1 pick (this is including me and dad as well). Then on the 2nd round you pick two pieces. This way you get what you want instead of getting stuck with all the Smarties. I will add some pictures as soon as I figure out how. LOL
